3rd-5th Graders
Practices focus on classic and skate skiing techniques, games on skis, and
adventures exploring groomed trails. Our emphasis is on skill-building,
teamwork, and a love of winter sports

The Kids Nordic Ski Program offers ski instruction for beginners and more
accomplished skiers ages 5-10, skiing games, winter nature activities, and ends
with a Nordic Ski Festival and prizes for all.
The program will be offered
starting January 9 ending February 27, 2026. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior
to lessons to get equipment and trail pass which are provided by Snow Mtn Ranch
for the duration of the lesson. Some Covid precautions are still
observed, wait times may be longer than normal and social distancing is still
requested. Classic, skate and never-ever lessons are available.
Parents are encouraged to help and will receive trail pass and equipment for
the duration of the lesson if helping. Additional info contact Grand Nordic

We will continue to offer free skiing for Grand County kids with a valid Grand
County school ID on Friday s.
We will add additional information on youth ski programs in the County as
they
become available. Anyone running one of these programs may submit
information
to the
